My client provides a total lifecycle of care for a facility. They design, build, install and maintain sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems, and offer integrated facilities management to business in virtually every economic sector throughout the UK.

They are currently recruiting for a trainee Quantity Surveyor who must have experience within a similar role and an HNC or equivalent in a building services discipline. Knowledge of commercial systems and their implementation with also good IT skills including word, excel and databases. Excellent communication skills and a valid driving licence is a must.
