Qualifications and Experience:

· At least 5 years experience within a similar role
· HNC or equivalent in a building service discipline
· Knowledge of commercial systems and their implementation
· Good IT skills including word, excel, estimation and databases
· Excellent communication skills to ensure a good relationship with the client
· Valid full driving licence
