An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor required for a leading construction company, specialising in public and private sector projects including commercial, residential, education and retail.

Role-
The successful Quantity Surveyor candidate will work on a range of projects based across East Anglia and the East Midlands, throughout the commercial, housing and PFI sectors. As a Senior Surveyor/ Estimator you will understand the needs of our client and offer cost management advice. opportunities exist for an enthusiastic, forward thinking individual.

Requirements-
RICS qualified Surveyor would be preferable
Degree in Quantity Surveying would be preferable
Proactive approach to projects
Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
Team player

Responsibilities-
SMM7 measurement and Builders Quants
Prepare and agree interim valuations and cost plans
Negotiate and settle final accounts
Prepare tender documents and financial reports
Work on a highly prestigious projects

Salary dependant on experience and background, company car is available.
45 hours per weeks Monday- Friday
