Building Surveyors / Project Managers - Client Side Home Based Field Based

Firmly established in the FTSE 100 our client a leading leisure firm with a currently portfolio value in excess of £5 Billion, operating across the UK. With a multi million pound investment plan and now are continuing to improve the quality of their estate. Due to their continued success they need to secure a number of permanent and temporary staff to assist in the delivery of critical projects.

Due to their continued success they currently require a number of Regional Managers
You will be responsible for your own regional portfolio to ensure the investment is spent effectively. Reporting to Senior Property Manager, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the capital investment programme across your region. The role will involve working with contractors to implement maintenance programmes and day-to-day repairs, working together on investment plans and design.

We are seeking dynamic forward thinking individuals, you will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated with an impressive track record in project delivery from either a consultancy or client side environment, previous experience in retail and leisure would prove advantageous.

Ideally you will be degree educated and MRICS, MCIOB qualified although not a pre-requisite, it is more to do with working attitude, good commercial awareness, the ability to deal with people at all levels and making important business decisions and being able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
