Health and Fitness venue Manager. Central London.£££TBC

This role is for an experienced fitness venue manager who has the knowledge and experience to take this first class venue to the max.

Job purpose

To ensure the smooth, professional and safe day to day running of the health and fitness centre.

To deliver and implement vision,strategic and company aims.

To deliver and exceed financial targets,budgets and key performance indicators (KPI)

To develop and execute operational plans,communication and marketing plans,quality assurance measures,operational processes and systems (eg.compliance)

Leadership,technical and specialist knowledge and best practice within the health and fitness industry.

To totally financially aware,able to recruit and train and be totally compliant with health and safety regulations.

Must be knowledgeable of Marketing and communication plans and be able to promote and increase sales and memberships with the knowledge of the cutting edge trends services and classes current in the health and fitness industry
