The business distributes cables and electrical components to the building, wholesale, industrial and contract sectors as part of a £250M UK group, you will be based in West Thurrock in Essex employing 25 people.

Responsibilities:

Take full P&L control of an established sales-led £16M turnover electrical distributor.
Take full responsibility for all personnel including sales, administration, distribution, stock etc.
This is a fully P&L accountable general management role and you will be measured on the P&L results.

Personal:

Capable of progressing as a general manager.
P&L understanding
Possessing some sales experience
Good management skills, motivation, training, leads from the front.
Very hands-on.
