Area manager - Consumer Finance c. £30-35k plus car, laptop, mobile
An exciting opportunity to join a young, driven and rapidly expanding consumer finance organisation with Branch network extending throughout the UK.
Our client is backed by the UKs largest independent financial services group.

Five new Branches have been opened this year - five more are planned.
As an Area Manager your role will be as follows:
To set up from scratch three Branches across the south coast; Bournemouth, Fareham and Brighton.
Generate new business and grow the loan book through local and national advertising and staff motivation
Proactive and committed with full hands-on involvement
Completion of monthly sales, bonus and Branch audit reports
Recruitment, training and development of up to 6 Branch managerial staff
Attend monthly HO meetings and report on Branch progress
Support, monitor and drive sales and collection activities
Total responsibility and involvement for all aspects of operations within the area with direct involvement in lending and collection of accounts from day one.
Above all exhibit high level of commitment and lead by example.
To be considered for this post only applicant with the following skills and experiences will be short listed:
Consumer Credit Experience, ideally in multi-Branch rather than call centre environment.
Both lending and collection experience would be beneficial
Good general level of education to at least A-level standard
Strong decision making and communication skills
Ability to lead and influence staff
Competence with Microsoft Office software package
Driving licence
Clean credit history
Located within 30 miles Fareham
Evidence of career progression to date
