An exciting opportunity exist for a receptionist/team secretary looking for a varied role, to work for a national insolvency firm based in the West End.

Duties of the role will involve:

·Answering the telephone and directing calls as appropriate.
·Opening the post and entering all incoming cheques into the cheques register.
·Ordering stationery and other office supplies.
·Managing the storage and ensuring all records are up to date.
·Assisting administrators with filing and mail outs.
·Producing documents in Word and Excel either by copy or audio typing.
·Booking courses, lunches and replying to invitations.
·Keeping a record of staff absenteeism and holidays.
·Maintaining personnel records for the London office.
·Liaising with suppliers and negotiating contracts for new office equipment and services.
·Ensuring validity of all incoming invoices and entering them onto the record sheet.
·Meeting and greeting clients and compiling meeting room booking sheets.

Essential skills:

·Excellent communication skills.
·Excellent presentation.
·Ability to prioritise.
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word.
·Proactive attitude.
·Ability to work to deadlines in a team environment.
