The role will be to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Director of the Charities Office, the Development Director and his team (to a lesser extent), the Project Manager. You will have involvement in projects including: production of quarterly Charities Update and organisation of presentations by the Charities Department.
Main areas of responsibility:
*Maintain overall control of the Deputy Director and the Development Directors? diaries
*Take and relay accurate and timely messages, answer enquiries wherever possible and make calls on their behalf when appropriate
*Co-ordinate fundraising activities undertaken, including co-ordinating guest lists, distribute invitations, assist in meeting guests and providing additional staff support where necessary.
