An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to work for the MD of a small Property Consultancy in the West End.
This role would suit somebody looking for variety as part of the post involves a financial aspect. This will include liaising with surveyors, being responsible for invoices and budget monitoring and property reports. It is vital that candidates have an element of experience in this field.
Other duties will include:
Diary management
Travel arrangements
Filing
Conference and meeting arrangements
You must possess good Word and Excel skills and ideally some knowledge of PowerPoint and databases. Audio typing will also be involved, so prior experience of this is essential.
Salary 26-30k plus benefits.
