Our client, one of the leading support services companies in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced PA to work for three Communications Managers, providing a proactive, confidential and effective servic. The ideal candidate must have corporate communications experience.
Duties of the role will involve:
* diary management
* co-ordination of meetings (both internal and external)
* database management
* complex travel arrangements
* preparation and despatch of documents
* responding to queries from outside parties
You will also be responsible for developing professional working relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers and to deputise for/assist the Directors PA as required.
Key criteria:
* Relevant PA experience
* Experience of working in a high profile, pressurised and busy office
* Shorthand and/or audio typing
* Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of working in communications
