Administration Assistant urgently required for a rapidly expanding Recruitment Consultancy.
Working within a lively atmosphere you will assist the day-to-day running of a busy office. Responsibilities include data entry - registering applicants details and clients requirements, preparation of emails - confirming applicants interviews, and client / applicant liaison - answering the telephone and taking detailed messages when required.
PC and Internet skills are essential as is a good telephone manner and excellent organisational skills although full training will be provided.
