UK and European Scientific Sales Engineer : Spectroscopy Products : North UK

A leading manufacturer of infrared spectroscopy accessories is seeking a tenacious sales person to sell their innovative products. This company has a heritage spanning over 50 years and has become well known for providing reliable solutions for modern spectroscopists.

As a sales engineer you will be responsible for sales to both end users and through distribution agents. Your objective will be to achieve sales revenue targets in relation to a plan set out by the company. You will attend conferences to raise awareness of the company?s product portfolio. You will also liaise with marketing colleagues to develop sales campaigns. Your customers will be within academia, pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical companies.

Suitable candidates should have experience in selling scientific instruments. You should also be comfortable with travelling regularly in Europe. A scientific degree would also be desirable for this position.
