Technical Sales Representative : Microscopy Software : Europe

A leading subsidiary of a multi national life science research supplier is seeking a sales person based in Europe to sell their cutting edge Confocal Microscopy software to cell biology researchers. This company has been established for 18 years now and become renowned for their innovative imaging solutions. This company has is rapidly growing and has established a loyal customer base in prestigious research institutions.

This Technical Sales vacancy will require you to be self motivated as you will be working independently from the company?s offices and travelling throughout Europe to meet key customers. You will be assisted by other sales people in the company who will provide you with potential customer leads and support. Your objective in this position will be to achieve an annual revenue plan by growing business with key accounts as well as prospecting and closing sales to new customers.

Suitable candidates for this position must have a degree in a life science discipline with some experience in using confocal microscopy systems. You will also be confident and have excellent communication skills. Experience in selling microscopy or life science research products would be a distinct advantage for this position.
