Scientific Sales Representative : Chemical Synthesis : North East

A leading specialist supplier of laboratory research equipment is seeking a talented sales person to cover the North East territory. This company has become widely known for their innovative range and has received awards for their technological innovations. Their product range focuses on microwave synthesis instruments. They serve a wide range of customers in the life sciences sector, analytical chemistry and processing plants.

This role will require a proactive, self motivated approach as you will work remotely to cover your sales territory. Your objective will be to grow sales revenue in your area, which you will achieve through effective account management and new business development. You will be working within a small team and will have regular sales meetings with your colleagues. There will also be opportunities to travel internationally to develop your product knowledge at the company?s manufacturing plants.

Suitable candidates for this sales opportunity must be degree qualified in a chemistry discipline. You will also need to be confident and have excellent communication skills. Some experience in selling scientific products would be highly desirable however the company will also consider training someone with the right technical background.
