As an internal account manager you will be responsible for your own customer base within a specific geographic region. Your customers will be laboratory professionals and procurement departments within biotech, pharmaceutical, chemical organisations and academia. You will be set targets based on revenue growth. To achieve these targets you will proactively call existing customers regularly to promote the companies latest products and offers. Customers will also be calling you to order products so you will need to provide impeccable service and maximise sales from every customer.

Suitable candidates for this role will have a scientific degree and be able to show a proactive and persuasive telephone manner. You will be a target driven, competitive by nature and show a real passion to succeed.
