Our client is a leading healthcare provider to hospitals throughout the UK and Ireland. They are currently going through strong development throughout the UK, are now seeking to recruit dynamic highly motivated successful sales people with the ability to impart clinical information and demonstrate entrepreneurial flair through the development of new business.

In this Position you will be fully responsible for the National sales performance of group budgets by providing sales leadership to the current IV sales team

The principal duties and responsibilities for this position would include:
? Leadership / Motivation of National IV sales team
? Clinical KOL Developments
? Business Developments NHS / Private / Hubs
? Achievement of revenue and profit targets as per national business plans
? Tendering submissions
? Communication with Principals and arranging Conferences and Exhibitions
? Coordinating Marketing programs to assist Sales developments
? National coverage with the Sales team
? Attending nationals & internationals conferences / trade fairs / training etc. as required

Qualifications and Education
? Business / Scientific qualification to degree level / Sales Management experience
or
? Clinical Hospital Management

Personal Characteristics and Experience Profile Required:
? Highly dynamic and self motivated innovative leader, with entrepreneurial flair
? Ability to close out opportunities into budget achievements and development into long term business
? Ability to establish and maintain high quality partnership with our Customers and Principals
? Excellent communication skills

Background required:
Proven Healthcare Sales Management or Clinical Manager experience from either Emergency, Critical Care or Oncology areas is required
? Min of 2 years of people management experience
? Good market awareness of IV Critical care
? Budgeting experience
? IT literate
? Full clean driver license
? National and international travel is a requirement
? The successful candidate is likely to be based in either Northampton, Luton, Watford, Birmingham or Coventry Regions, in order to assist Nationwide coverage

The package includes a company car, phone, laptop and expenses provided by the company.

Salary will depend on experience up to around 60K, as well as a bonus structure.
