In excess of £80K package. Northern Home Counties base. Relocation assistance will be provided if necessary.

Position:

A sub-board appointment reporting to the Sales Director.
Take control of the large National Sales Team of Regional Sales Managers targeting regional multiple accounts and independents across the UK.
Inspire the team to surpass sales, volume and margin targets, generate new customers, set KPIs and lead people to the next level of performance.
Operate as part of the key leadership team in the business and contribute effectively in a matrix structure.

Person:

Possessing developed sales and sales management skills
Excellent skills in motivation, training, people development and leading from the front.
Understands how to build added value commercial relationships by utilising all available resources.
Interested in personal and career development in a global blue chip structure.
