TELEPHONE SALES EXECUTIVE: LEEDS : SALARY UP TO - £20K

Our Client serves a range of customers in differing market sectors. Head Office is in Leeds accommodating 30 staff members.

System environment: Microsoft Windows Enterprise Domain with CRM, extensive web-site / dataportal, Sage Accounting, Payroll and Personnel systems. Strict Security and robust Business Continuity Policies. The successful applicant will be a member of the Company Management team and be expected to contribute towards the general management of the business.

Organisation:

Position reports directly to the Board of Directors and ultimately leads to a seat on the Board if successful. This is a key management role vital to the company?s continued growth and success.

Necessary skills and experience:

Proven track record preferably in IT Sales Management at a senior level. Excellent man management, organisation, written and verbal communication skills. Sales and Marketing experience and ideas. Any relevant IT qualifications, for example Cisco Sales Expert, would be an advantage. Personal attributes of a Manager Communicates effectively at all times, formally and informally Demonstrates their trust in the team, and gains a similar level of trust in return Acts as an exemplar through personal behaviour Exhibits a high level of commercial awareness at all times Sets stretching but achievable targets, and demonstrates how these can be attained Is seen by all team members as approachable and supportive Provides ongoing coaching Balances Company, Team, and Personal Goals Encourages contributions to benefit the business from all team members Acts at all times in a fair and even-handed manner

Other requirements:

Based at our site in Wortley, Leeds. Only a short distance west of central Leeds. Regular hours 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, but occasional flexible hours required. Some travel within the UK or possibly abroad may be required from time to time. Drivers licence required. Car owner preferred. Regular training offered and expected.
