TELESALES EXECUTIVES : Immediate start!! : Watford, Hertfordshire - salary £18k to £20k basic - OTE £35k!!

My client is the UKs leading debt solution consultancy, providing real help, offering a fresh and simple approach to solving their clients? personal debt problems. Their dynamic and target driven team of sales experts provide a smart, professional and empathetic service. Due to their growing success they are now recruiting for more high calibre sales professionals for their introducer sales team, with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for introducing the initial service, before passing the leads onto the more senior level sales teams.

The main purpose of the role is to call warm leads and introduce the services to the clients. These applications (warm leads provided by their partners) must be thoroughly screened and filtered into strong leads for the senior sales teams and sales closers. The aim is to provide strong leads that can eventually be converted into as many completed offers and proposals as possible by the closers. You will have strong influencing skills whilst providing excellent customer service to their clients.


Key skills:

?Previous B2C Sales/Telesales experience is ESSENTIAL
?Must be target driven, dynamic and money motivated
?Strong communication skills : written & verbal
?Good influencing/sales skills along with ability to show empathy to customers
?Organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
?Confident and diplomatic approach
?Ability to use own initiative, flexible and enthusiastic.
