Senior Sales Managers / Directors B2C - (Strong Closers) - Watford, Hertfordshire - salary up to £30k basic + excellent OTE plus Car!!! My client is the UKs leading debt solution consultancy is recruiting for strong closers their new Senior level Sales team, reporting directly to the Director levels/CEO. Only high calibre sales managers/professionals with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets, leading and structuring sales strategies will be considered. You must be commercially minded, tenacious, highly motivated with a true passion for success!! Key skills: ?As a Senior Sales Manager you will be a commercially-savvy sales person from any B2B or B2C industry. You will have presented to board level. Not only will you have excellent new business skills, you must also have a strong track record in Account Management. A background in financial solution selling would be ideal but not necessary. ?Identify and manage the pipeline of new business. Deliver the new business sales goals ensuring that the stream of new business is managed highly effectively from end to end. ?Managing and converting leads provided by financial organisations ?Must be a natural leader, target driven, dynamic of management calibre and money motivated ?Strong communication and presentation skills : written & verbal ?Good influencing/sales skills/strong closer!! Not afraid to cold call strong leads for excellent rewards!! ?Organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and report effectively. ?Confident, cool under pressure and diplomatic approach ?Ability to use own initiative, flexible and enthusiastic.
Hours: 37.5 hours : varied shifts between 8am and 9pm : only occasional Saturdays
