Salesforce.com Practice Manager / Director - London - To £80K + % commission + benefits - Permanent

Our client, a leading independent business & technology consultancy, are currently looking for an exceptional candidate to create, develop and deliver a salesforce.com practice for the business.

Whilst already strong with a solid reputation in the CRM marketplace, the client see?s the need to diversify into other areas and believes the Salesforce.com practice as a natural progression.

You will ideally have a long background around the CRM arena within the Telco or Media industry with experience of implementing Salesforce.com solutions for large clients. As such, you will either have been a leading / principle consultant or senior technical project / programme manager for a large consultancy with solid Salesforce.com project delivery skills.

A number of high calibre graduates will be aligned to the practice and you will be expected mentor and educate these graduates about Salesfoce.com

The client will expect the successful candidate to be extremely well connected in the Salesforce.com arena.

The role in the first 6 months will be split as follows:

30% Business development, leveraging relationships, creating opportunities

70% Directly on site with major clients as a billable consultant on implementations
