SEO Sales Executive - Digital Marketing industry - London - £26,000 - £30,000 basic per annum (negotiable) plus realistic OTE £65k uncapped!
My clients are a specialist Search Marketing Company which concentrate in helping clients to build a profitable online business through the use of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Paid Search Management (PPC) Campaigns and Web Development.
They are looking for candidates with a genuine interest and understanding of Digital Marketing tied with superior client service skills and the ability to close the deal. At least 2 years experience within this industry is essential!! Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a rapidly evolving service which is defying economic downturn and the successful candidate will need to be able to keep up with the pace of this industry. It is a challenging environment that does not suit standard nine-to fivers, but rewards and potential for career progression are high.
To be considered you must be an ambitious Sales Exec with a proven track record of success selling solutions to small and medium businesses to join their expanding SEO and digital marketing Business Development team.
Required Skills
? Excellent IT skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential) ? Knowledge and interest in Digital / Online Marketing. - A minimum of two years sales experience with strong cold calling talent is preferred and a committed hard working attitude is a must. ? Strong communication skills, both written and spoken ? Confidence, determination and drive to succeed in a results orientated environment ? Preferably an understanding of Google Ad-words and Analytics, SEO, PPC. ? Knowledge and understanding of the professional sales process ? Enthusiasm to impress and perform is absolutely essential ? Ability to work independently or as part of a well integrated team ? Proven skills in prospecting and negotiating with SME clients ? Experience in sales both face to face and over the telephone
Characteristics
You will need to be a highly ambitious self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and independently generate new business revenue. Role will be primarily office based with the option of field sales when required and through the progression and demonstration of sales knowledge and understanding.
The Role ? Involvement in pre-sales process ? Prepare and deliver solution presentations to clients ? Deliver consultative style sales pitches ? Create own leads and opportunities through cold calling and networking ? Source own avenues of additional opportunities ? Take part in weekly business development meetings ? Develop an in-depth understanding of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) market; keeping up-to-date with any developments in this exciting and rapidly evolving industry ? Exceed monthly and quarterly target expectations ? Manage client portfolio via an online CRM
