We are looking for a Rental Sales Agent who will have the responsibility for performing rental and return transactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, whilst ensuring ?guaranteed customer satisfaction? and revenue growth.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills with an approachable disposition, the ability to deliver high quality customer service as well as a desire to excel at all times whilst providing outstanding customer satisfaction.


Required Skills

§ Good communication skills both verbal and written.

§ Experience of customer service/relations environment.

§ Computer literate and the ability to learn new systems.

§ Full Driving Licence.

§ Ability to work as part of a team.

§ Be able to solve work related issues quickly and efficiently.
