Salary: Package negotiable dependent on current package + up to £12k bonus pa

Our client is the world class leading pharmaceutical company and are looking for 4 Regional Account Directors for different areas given above.Role requires full business responsibility for given region, managing all customer relationships and Profit & Loss to achieve agreed business targets for the region against agreed P & L objectives. The customer base will be all target customers within a specified region, whether at the level of PCT, primary care, secondary care etc.
Measure, monitor and bring forward suggestions for adaptation of regional business plan throughout the year and specifically at the six month review with the Commercial Board. Agree with the commercial board for promotional strategy and tactics for the region.
To pro-actively bring new ideas for business development and Key Opinion Leader development for the benefit of local, national and international teams.
Ensure that all knowledge management and CRM systems are updated in accordance with company?s standards.
Essential Requirements,
Full Driving License, ABPI, Educated to Life Science or Business degree level or equivalent. 5years of commercial experience with pharmaceutical industry. Ability to demonstrate through their product knowledge. High level of NHS knowledge. High level Account Development Strategy knowledge. High level sales/commercial management selling and negotiation. Business planning and implementation.
