Product Line Development Manager - Managed Hosting - London

Salary circa £70K base plus benefits which will take it to over £100K.

Reports to UK Country Sales & Marketing Director

Responsible for:

New lead and new business generation for managed hosting services within identified vertical segments - help build contacts and close business working with the Sales Director and the Sales Team.
Grow the product line helping ensure a balanced emphasis on appropriate product in order to achieve overall targets.
Drive opportunity generation in a role which will overlay the activities of the existing vertical sales effort.
Grow revenue in existing high potential accounts in support of sales personnel.
Maintain clients through good relationships, customer care etc.
Develop 3rd party alliances with resellers, consultants and integrators.
Qualify prospects to ensure a balanced pipeline is in place at all times.
Evangelise the managed hosting service - Drive the product line for managed services.
Develop case studies from successful account development strategies.
Manage the loyalty programme and proactive CRM strategy.
Identify new good growth potential accounts to develop together with top-line and detailed entry strategies.
Help plan further inroads into top customers.

Experience:

Directly consultative selling of managed hosting services (including complex IP, VPN and other added value IP solutions) into large national and international corporate accounts.
Some new business development experience.
Large project experience.
Managed large complex multilevel relationships internally and externally.
Able to develop account development plans and translate these into action.
Excellent communication skills.
