Our client is newly formed enterprise operating in the high growth industry of aesthetic medical treatments. They are opening a clinic in Shrewsbury to access Beauty, Aesthetics, and General Medicine markets, with the backing of highly skilled staff with many years medical experience.

They are looking for an Operations Manager to bring their experience and knowledge to the organisation to develop sales, assist with marketing strategies and create excellent customer service delivery practices. An ideal candidate will have the following:

? Experience in staff management
? Competent with financial management and administration
? Implementing and adhering to complaints procedure
? Service delivery
? The ability to develop sales and marketing campaigns

The primary responsibilities in this role are ensuring that whilst new customers are successfully attracted to the clinic, existing patients are given the service they expect and all day to day operations of the business facilitate the requirement for excellent quality of care.
