National Key Account Manager required : Specialist Pharmaceutical Organisation Salary circa 50K basic + car + commission - Uk Wide

Our client is a fast growing specialist hospital medicines group. Based in the UK, our client commercialises its portfolio in the UK directly. Our client also operates internationally through a strong network of distributors. Currently our client?s products are focused in the areas of Critical Care, Neurology and Oncology.
The strategy of the Group is to grow by combining the acquisition of products and companies with the dynamic development and marketing of these assets, with a focus in the specialist hospital sector.
Role requirements:

You will be a highly experienced Key Account Manager with experience selling a range of Pharmaceutical products on territory. We require:

? Very strong commercial experience in closing deals at senior level.
? Flexible ?can do? attitude needed to thrive in a small fast growing company.
? Able to influence NHS staff at the highest levels.
? A proven track record in commercialising pharmaceutical products into a tertiary care environment.
? Ability to take an account management approach to managing territory business.
? Self motivation, persuasiveness and competitiveness
? Good organisational skills.
? Ability to manage the demands of a portfolio of products
? Graduate, ideally with further sales/marketing qualifications.
? ABPI qualified.
? IT literate with strong analytical skills
? A current driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Desirable:

? Evidence of working with PCTs or commissioning groups, commercial sales experience.
? Experience in the Oncology/Critical Care/Neurology therapy areas.
? Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of the emerging NHS marketplace.

Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK, but must be willing to travel nationally.
