Internal Sales Executive - Hertfordshire - £attractive
Person Specification Summary
The role will require a person to perform cold calling to our clients database in order to create demand for IT asset, software licence and IT service management services and/or software. There is also a strong element of opportunity / account management. The person must be self motivated and sufficient, being able to operate ?on their own?. Ideally we are looking for someone with management experience who can lead a small team.
Basic Requirements:
Home location within 60 minute commute (using motorway set to peak hours)
Capable of working in small team / small business environments
Hard working, positive attitude
Own car and current moderately clean driving licence

Mandatory Requirements
The ideal candidate should have ITAM, SAM and ITSM related knowledge already, since our client cannot take the cost / time hit and the risk to train them up from scratch. This means someone who understands the concepts, values and/or uses (so not technology necessarily) of hardware & software auditing, bar-coding & asset tagging, discovery technology, asset repository & CMDB, software licence management, software distribution, IT service management & ITIL.
This person must also have a solid track record of selling over the phone (not order taking but positioning value proposition and penetrating accounts). The candidates personality must be robust and upbeat, but able to work in a small friendly team environment.
