Our client is the world class leading pharmaceutical company and are looking for 7 Healthcare Executive for different regions given above.

Role requires to support the Regional Account Director to exceed Regional business objectives especially, sales, market share and profitability targets. To use the considerable autonomy and flexibility afforded to the role to identify and develop market leading solutions to customer needs. To excel in the acquisition and use of market intelligence to inform business planning activities; and to effectively differentiate clinical products, services and Regional Account Directors model to enhance performance and promote longer term partnership working with customers.

To identify opportunities for business growth e.g. key accounts, new projects or added value services that would grow market or secure commitment to company products.

To successfully launch new products into local market in accordance with business expectations. To remain up to date with changes in the NHS both nationally and locally.

Key Skills,

Degree in health or business related subject or equivalent qualification. ABPI qualified. Car driver, with clean licence (no greater than 3 points). 5 years industry sales experience covering both primary and secondary care. Successful record of selling products for over 3 years as a hospital representative and/or NHS Executive. Previous experience of selling products in diabetes market is desirable. Motivated by autonomy and work variety.
