We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to work for one of our high profile clients in Warrington, Cheshire.

You will be required to manage the sales life cycle of a post-code territory in the Cheshire area, including the account management of a database of existing clients. You will also be responsible for growing this database. Your client facing activities will include cold calling potential clients, attending appointed calls, palling territory marketing, problem solving for customers and delivering to customers as and when required. You will be required to deliver on the volume and value of your sales, with a target average order value.

With previous business to business field sales experience, you will be self motivated and able to work on own initiative. You should have a positive outlook and a clear and polite manner. You should be capable of conducting cold calls, overcoming objections and closing sales. Previous experience of the Office products/ Printing industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.

You will be working to monthly sales targets based around increasing your customer database turnover, achieving a minimum margin, and converting new customers. Performance is also measured using one to ones and dual visits.
