External Sales Representative - reward and recognition - Wokingham, Berkshire - Salary - 25k to 35k

Our Client a multi-national reward and recognition company.Due to recent success and expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced External Sales Representative to join the team. This role will allow you to deliver the wealth of your knowledge and skills in this area.

Role

Responsible for developing, building and sustaining a network of customers and prospects within designated territory

To compile and work against a business strategic plan with clearly defined targets both in terms of prospects and conversions.

To generate a prospect list from leads, referrals, cold calling, compilation, exhibition leads, direct mailing, and existing database.

Responsible for appointment setting, giving verbal and or audio presentation of the company products

Development of future relationship with existing clients.

To assist with the implementation and set up of new companies.

To compile weekly sales reports and performances evaluation.

General support to internal Account Manager in managing customer portfolio.


Requirements

To visit any customer anywhere in the EMEA region or any other region in which the group operates

To travel and stay overnight, or over a weekend where necessary.

To prepare and submit expenses in a proper and timely fashion.
