Enterprise Sales - North- West, Midlands : approximately £110k OTE uncapped. Unified Communications + Benefits and Excellent Bonus Scheme

My client provides Unified Communications Services and Managed Hosted Solutions.
I am tasked with identifying an experienced Sales Manager who will to play a key role in the ongoing and impressive growth of the global organisation.

The successful applicant will boast a strong corporate managerial background from with the Unified Comms/ Telco market and be able to clearly demonstrate a history in building and sustaining successful sales teams and leading them to securing New Business and incremental additional revenues. You will be managing a highly successful team of experienced Unified Comms New Business Sales Specialists and must be able to:

? The Requirements:
Degree educated with an interest in ever changing telecom products, you will already be successful in telecom?s solutions sales
? Polished account development and presentation skills are pivotal to this role as is the ability to quickly build rapport with the team members
? You thrive in a highly empowering environment whilst demonstrating your ability to balance commercial flair with client needs
? You must have a successful career in Telecoms or networking sales combined with a demonstrable track record in sales management where you have created a motivational environment that encouraged over achievements
? Strong partnering skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial business relationships with vendors and inter-organisation channels is important.
? Knowledge and / or certification of the Cisco product sets and their working practices would be a real benefit.
? Ideally you will be a strong negotiator, possess an understanding of P & L and display honesty, integrity and a make it happen work ethic.
