Enterprise Account Executive : Basingstoke : Earnings level consistent with experience and ability; OTE at plan GBP 100,000 Plus

The successful Enterprise Sales Executive will develop new enterprise level account business for our client?s products and services, while cross-selling and up-selling into existing customer accounts. This position requires a ?Hunter? mentality while being supported with company-developed lead generation program. Earnings level consistent with experience and ability; OTE at plan GBP 100k plus.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our automated quality assurance solutions and services to major accounts in an assigned territory. Qualified candidates must have expert working knowledge and real world experience in one of the following segments of the software industry; Application Development, Change Management, Performance Monitoring, Quality Assurance, ERP and CRM software Industry.

Skills Needed:

Strong enterprise software sales experience; selling complex, high value solutions
Consultative selling skills; Creative and dynamic engagement management
Experience managing major enterprise account relationships
Effective negotiation skills and experience in enterprise level software sales transactions
Proven career performances in selling into FTSE 500 companies
Experience delivering presentations and proposals to executive level audiences
Entrepreneurial characteristics and leadership capabilities; ability to work independently
Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales quota
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented behaviour; comfortable in growing business environment
5 plus years of experience in technology sales
