This is a uniquely exciting and challenging role for a successful manager who can demonstrate a good cross section of management skills and abilities.

The company is a charity specifically profiled to help young people develop through performing on stage. The charity is sponsored and supported by a number of internationally recognised performers of both stage and screen and was under the patronage of HRH Princess Diana until her untimely death.

The successful applicant will play a significant part in developing still further the successful fund raising activities that has already taken place to establish the company?s future and build upon its excellent relationships with existing stakeholders; members of the association, funders, staff and audiences. The ability to design and implement a sound business and marketing plan to establish fund raising activities and agenda?s is a vital requirement. This will mean a target driven manager who has the ability to think out of the box and a person who can demonstrate organisational and staff motivation abilities.

This key position will report directly to the Chief Executive and the Trustee?s. The successful applicant will have the ability to manage a highly focused team of six people, including the Head of Marketing, Corporate development Manager, Press & Publicity Manager etc. The principle activities of the role will take place from the company?s headquarters in north London however an office will be made available at London?s Phoenix Theatre.
