Our client requries a Database Account Executive to join their team based in Southfields
The Database Account Executive is a member of the Database Sales Team (5 full time Account Managers). The role of the DAE is to work closely with the Account Managers in promoting and selling our clients Public Sector Databases and related services to both new and existing customers. They will work closely with the Market Development Team to ensure all ?warmed-up? leads are followed up in a timely fashion. They will be expected to achieve set personal targets as well as contribute to the over-all team target.
Main Tasks:
To support the Database Account Managers and Database Sales Manager in their daily business activities, including preparing counts and quotes.
To promote and sell our client?s Database products to a combination of existing customers and new prospects, using the telephone, mail and e-mail.
Woking closely with the other sales teams to ensure prospects are managed to maximum effect.
Work closely with the Sales Development team on various sales & marketing campaigns.
Managing and maintaining accurate records.
Occasionally representing our client at external conferences, seminars and meetings.
The DAE is expected to progress to the role of Database Account Manager within a maximum of 2 years (24 months).
