Course Advisor - £12,000, OTE £30,000 +, Company Car & Mobile

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the country?s leading Training Institutes that provide quality distance learning programmes. Due to expansion our client urgently needs Course Advisors to come and join their team.

Job Role
To maximise leads and appointments, present appointments, enrol students and consolidate enrolments according to company policy whilst maintaining a high level of student service. This involves achieving seeking to exceed personal targets. Develop enrolments and secure student loyalty by seeking to ensure full student satisfaction through provision of an excellent standard of advice and service before, during and after the enrolment process.

The Candidate
You would be required to have a minimum of 4 GCSE?s at grade C or above. At least one year?s experience in direct sales, preferable B2C. This job requires a candidate who is good at working with people and has a good understanding of customer service with the ability to achieve and where possible exceed given targets. The ideal candidate will be ambitious with a drive to succeed.
