Corporate Support Executive - Based Wakefield W.Yorks
An extremely exciting opportunity to join a Corporate Sales Team responsible for promoting sales to corporate clients within the vehicle tracking market. The role involves appointment generation for field based sales executives, with emphasis on working with the sales team to generate leads. In addition, the role also involves the sourcing of high quality leads.
The appointee will be responsible for reporting directly to the National Account Managers and will be responsible for achieving appointment-making targets for the team as a whole.
This is a results-focussed position allowing a good degree of operational flexibility and the use of personal initiative to achieve results.
The role will involve:
? Administration duties : electronic communication with prospects and customers.
? Creation of effective telesales approaches using the company?s key business messages.
? Supervision of proactive telephone calls to prospective clients.
? Updating the database and reporting systems.
? Responsibility for use of data, purchasing, cleansing and coordinating campaign data.
? The recommendation of campaigns periodically to ensure that appointment targets are being achieved.
? Recommending and implementing incentive schemes to ensure high performance and achievement.
? Working with advertising, marketing and PR services.
? Providing case studies and news stories for web site.
? Selling online.
? Monitor and control CRM system.
Profile
? Previous experience of managing a telemarketing role.
? Self-motivated.
? Cooperation with partners to ensure the smooth running of your own.
? Be able to use experience to quickly establish credibility with partners and others within the company and provide long-term vision and team motivation.
? Must be self driven, motivated, a good communicator, enthusiastic, creative, focussed, motivational and structured in approach.
? The main focus should be on continuous improvement and on reaching and exceeding objectives.
? Assimilation and dissemination of technical know-how.
? Assimilation of industry-specific technical knowledge.
? Have a proven and demonstrable track record of both individual and team achievement in delivering qualified sales appointments to a field sales force.
Remuneration
? Salary: c. £18k, OTE £36k, depending on experience and demonstrable achievement and success.
? Bonus / commission based on achievement of sales.
? 20 days holiday plus all statutory holidays.
