Client Manager (Account Manager) - IT Solutions - Coventry

Package: £40 - 50K + Car + Bonus + Benefits

A leading supplier of ?state of the art? IT Solutions & Managed Service solutions within the Retail and Distribution market require an effective Client Manager with excellent communication skills to be based within their UK HQ near Warwick University and travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe. This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving, growing business delivering leading edge Retail technology to high profile international clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Targeted organic growth within a small group of high profile Retail customers
? Driving Customer Satisfaction within these Accounts
? Overseeing delivery against SLA?s within these Accounts
? Be an escalation point for incident management
? Contracts Management
? Monitoring Account Receivable on a monthly basis

To be considered you must possess:

? Ideally Retail Sector, Supply Chain or IT Solutions sector experience
? 3 years + Account Management experience within high profile Accounts
? Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites for reviews
? Excellent written and oral skills
? ?Can do? attitude
? Commercial awareness
? Drive and energy

Any experience with the following would be useful:

? Experience within the Retail Sector, Supply Chain sector, IT Solutions Sector or related sectors
