Business Development Manager : Digital Media : Creative Agency

Location : Hampshire

Salary £30 - £40K Basic - OTE £50,000, pension & free restaurant

This exciting award winning digital agency, which creates engaging online environments that effect audience behaviour using rich media. Working with some of the largest companies in the UK through growth they require an ambitious Business developer who is confident and keen to go out and meet prospects and drive more new business wins with similar large brand name companies. You will be supported by the Business Development Director and a business development executive.

Your focus will be very much developing the leads through to live projects.

In your position you will work closely with the Business Development Director and the Senior Management team and will have significant input into a number of areas, including but not limited to crating new business leads, attending relevant meetings, delivery of new business proposals and pitches.

In this role you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in an environment where you can make your mark, whilst being supported and guided by your colleagues.

Experience required

Ideally you will have had previous experience in another creative agency and a good understanding of the marketing and sales process in a marketing services context. You will already be working in a business development or new business executive role and will have an instinct for business development and a talent for creating and maintaining valuable relationships at all levels. Most importantly you will bring a positive energy, a can do approach, a real desire for success and that you are focused on building business opportunities for this very exciting company.
