Avaya Pre-Sales Support - London
Salary up to £45k + £6k car allowance
Location London
Should be technically sound and provide the DBAM team and Account Management with quick pricing and documented responses to upgrades, expansions and adjunct items
Work with the engineering teams to ensure that all upgrades for customers are viable and priced appropriately
Knowledge across Communication Manager and preferably IP office.
Experience of another telephony platform such as MITEL would be beneficial but not essential
Supporting sales on a specific or range of converged technologies including IPT, Unified Communications, Network Management, Directory Services, Mobility and call centre.
Must be able to liaise at a business level with all business users to extract business and functional requirements
Should be able to converse fluently with the networks team around Quality of Service and security implications
Design and specify an integrated enterprise voice and data solution
Technically responsible for scoping the project deliverables
Present to a range of board and user level audiences
