Account Manager - London - Salary £40,000 -£50,000

I am currently seeking for a dynamic and outgoing Senior Account Manager.

Main Functions

? Reporting to the Managing Director
? To ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and with happy clients.

Main Responsibilities

? To own and manage the schedules for each of your magazines.
? Be the first point of contact for your clients
? Manage your accounts on a day to day basis
? Manage client budgets
? Ensure ongoing that all members of your team are working to the agreed schedules and are meeting their dates
? Brief in any additional work to the creative teams
? Present budgets for any additional work to clients for approval
? Understand your client?s business
? Ensure that all page proofs are signed off internally before they go to the client
? Take in client corrections/amendments and brief your teams
? Set agendas for client meetings
? Prepare any documents and all relevant material prior to client meetings
? Write and issue contact reports following client meetings within 48 hours
? Write and issue status reports to clients and the team where relevant
? Keep your teams informed of any specific feedback : good or bad : from clients
? Ensure that all administration is carried out promptly and correctly and is on the server.
? Ensure that order confirmations are done following the agreement of any new business.
? Assist your team in closing issues and supplements
? Liaise closely with editorial department, production department and finance ensuring good communication.
? Visit and make presentations to your clients on a regular basis to ensure they are kept up-to-date with all development in the magazine.
? Assist in any new business meetings/pitches where relevant.
