An opportunity has arisen to join the team at the 5th largest airport in the world - Gatwick Airport!

Gatwick is the 2nd largest airport in the UK and is one of our most prestigious locations with a multi-million pound turnover. The location caters for millions of passengers travelling through each year, providing Travelex with great sales and customer service opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced location manager who thrives on driving sales and has exceptional leadership skills. This individual will have the ability to lead and motivate our people and contributing to the future success of Gatwick.

You will have a proven track record in delivering to targets and will be seeking a role to build on an already successful retail career.

Principle Accountabilities
Financial
Ø Drive product sales and KPIs
Ø Manage exposure through differences and minimise waste and cost
Ø Ensure till stocks are managed
Ø Ensure the cost effective and time efficient manning of units
Customer
Ø Ensure sales coaching is routinely delivered to teams
Ø Performance is managed in line with company standards and good performance is recognised, whilst improvements are sought for those not reaching minimum levels
Ø Build, develop and maintain first class relationships with internal and external customers.

People
Ø Create, build and retain a sales and customer focussed teamØ Create a development and succession plan for the team
Ø Manage individuals? performance to support their development and strengthen the team
Ø Manage attendance, rostering and overtime within corporate guidelines
Ø Inform and consult effectively with the team to facilitate involvement in the success of the location.
Operations
Ø Adhere to company operating procedures and standards, ensuring managerment checks and controls are routine
Ø Company retailing standards are upheld ie marketing promotions, housekeeping and presentation standards etc
Ø Ensure the team undertake training and reviews on a timely basis
Ø Comply to audit and legal requirements
