Our client is a major supermarket retailer and is currently seeking a Store Manager for one of their large format stores in Norfolk.

Having said all that our client is not resting on their laurels. With that in mind they are now looking for the best the retail industry has to offer. People who, as well as a thorough understanding of volume retail, have what it takes to motivate a large team ( up to 300 staff ) and manage a weekly turnover of £millions in a fast moving customer : focused environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
You will need to be highly credible, ambitious and driven by success. Specifically you will have a proven track record managing a large turnover store, the personality, people and inspirational skills to lead high performance teams, the ability to make an immediate positive impact, a strong profit motive and the vision to drive our clients business forward.
As an experienced leader of people you will have the proactive ability to challenge existing practices and drive through change to benefit the business.
Excellent analytical, organisation and communication skills coupled with influencing skills and teamwork, will already have ensured your success as a retail professional.

Salary is negotiable but likely to be within a range of £60-75k depending upon location and size of store. In addition there an excellent range of benefits which includes a company car and bonus earning opportunities.
