Retails Project Manager - full time position
Located in Dubai
TAX FREE salary of £30-32k (equates to a UK TAX PAID salary of c40k)

The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project The Project Manager is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project The Project Manager may be responsible for more than one project at a time.

Your job will be Project Manager of Retail Fit Outs, that is to manage the various sub contractors and utility companies that all come together to turn an empty premises into a commercial and retail success

Accountabilities
?Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals or produce the products required
?Responsible for maintaining the project budget.
?Professionally articulate and negotiate consensus on a final vision of the product and/or the core project goals from scoping the requirements of all stakeholders, not forgetting the end-user.
?Define acceptance criteria to define acceptance criteria for project deliverables and towards achieving stakeholder acceptance of deliverables.

Organising tasks
?generate many types of document, including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, personnel records, project reports, communication (email) records, design specifications, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports.
?Organize and run client project meetings, set out project methodology, present project strategy and obtain sign off
?Manage retail projects through effective communication and time planning through the usage of project management tools
?Evaluate the quality of Retail Design deliverables supplied by retail designers, and suggest changes or additions as required
?Manage third party contractors according to specifications, agreements and contracts; advise the customer when action is needed.
