Production Supervisor

My client is a large textile manufacturer based just outside Leicester City Centre. A well established company, with a history of providing high quality textile products to an international market.

Reporting to the production manager, the position will involve the supervision of 4 thriving departments. Duties will include personnel issues, and staff arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous supervisory/management experience.

Good people skills.

Excellent ability to lead and organise.

Experience within the hosiery industry (not essential)
