Business Process Manager / Business Process Consultant / Project Manager

This role is based in Dubai and paying a TAX FREE salary of c£40k GBP (or local equivalent)

Role and Responsibilities
The client is seeking to employ a Business Process Manager to work in Dubai on a permanent contract of employment
Your role will be to provide retail solutions through effective analysis, strategy and project management for their clients and build long terms
Through effective analysis, strategy, business process and general management you will;
*organise and structure client meetings and workshops to obtain facts
*gather and assimilate client data
*undertake critical analysis using appropriate models
*prepare client reports
*assist the client in strategy preparation
*define and develop policies and procedures and working practices in line with client needs
*lead the way in business process management and the implementation of such
*lead and / or support the clients staf in order to develop their skills
*build long term client relationships that result in repeat business
*organise and run client projects


The Client
Established in 1998 and located in the Dubai Airport Free Zone, our client positions itself in the wireless arena working with network operators, equipment manufacturers, telecom retailers and after market service providers. Over the years they have established themselves as a leading provider of products and services, supplying to the majority of network operators in the Middle East and Africa region.

Candidate skills
The ideal candidate will be a graduate in business or financial or logistic type disciplines with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in Business Process Management

Fluency in English is a MUST HAVE. Other languages are desirable but not deal breakers
