BRANCH MANAGERS

Rental Industry
Competitive salary + car allowance /or car + bonus
Locations: Glasgow (x1)
Our client is the UK market leader within the container hire industry, with 20 branches across the country. They are an ambitious company with a healthy appetite for growth, and are seeking Branch Managers who will have the initiative to generate increased hire and sales business.

Responsibilities and duties:
-You will have overall financial and operational accountability for the branch
-You will be responsible for staff development and Health and Safety.
-You will be customer focused, team leadership and strong business acumen
-Excellent people management skills

Previous Experience:
-Within the rental industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
-Proven track record of leading and motivating a team
-High levels of commercial awareness and customer focus

Salary is dependent on experience, and we would negotiate for the right person
