Account Director - South West - Bristol - salary £100k package

Our client is a highly successful property services group in the South West. Our client organises itself regionally and into divisions including Construction, Retail, Interiors and Property Development.

Currently experiencing expansive growth, the Retail operation is a specialist business providing fast track construction solutions for a wide range of both small and large scale retail projects. Their dedicated account teams operate in the food and non-food sectors delivering solutions to challenging refurbishment, extension and new build projects. They are passionate about delivering first-class, innovative products regularly to their long-term customer base, while always striving to exceed customers? expectations.

This high profile appointment within the Retail operation will take responsibility for Leadership and Management including budgeted P&L returns for the key customer accounts, whilst meeting all quality, health & safety and Customer Satisfaction requirements, ensuring that Company and Group policy is implemented and that all staff are managed, trained and developed effectively.

Candidates will:

Be exceptional leaders and have a proven track record of success in key account management. Experience will have been gained working within the building environment, with experience of overseeing a portfolio of contracts running concurrently, ideally with major retailers.

Posses an excellent understanding of the contracting process as well as the ability to manage and develop effective relationships with clients at an Executive Level.

Have proven experience with modern contract principals, that reflects supply chain agreement, partnering and total service delivery
