This high-end production company servicing the interactive industry who work with above-the-line and digital agencies providing consultancy and build skills to help them deliver ?wow? level interactive projects.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with an aptitude for marketing and new business to join our rapidly growing team.
Reporting to the Directors, you?ll be responsible for developing the existing client base, creating opportunities and partnerships that ultimately lead to increased sales. As an experienced account handler, you?ll be responsible for understanding our clients? needs and delivering them an excellent customer service. You?ll be working closely with the new business team on marketing and sales based activities including developing proposals, writing & presenting pitches and liaising with the press.
As an ambassador for the company, you?ll have brilliant communication skills and be comfortable dealing with senior clients and high potential prospects. You?ll be able to present our core values to them along with a compelling business case to use us.
A good understanding of the interactive industry and the issues surrounding high-end production are essential.

Core Activities:
- Take client project briefs and accurately communicate client needs to the production team.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and prospects to ensure a smooth working relationship.
- Work with the production team to develop detailed quotations & pitches and then, close the sale.
- Develop and maintain on-going client relationships.
- Work with the New Business team to develop and implement a marketing strategy to raise our profile within the industry, to prospects and to our existing clients.
- Present at credentials meetings showcasing the companies? skills and services.
Skills and experience:
- Significant experience within a digital agency (or the digital division of an integrated agency).
- First class communication skills both internally with the team and externally with clients.
- Ability to spot new business opportunities and proactively exploit them.
- Excellent account handling and client servicing skills.
- Be commercially aware and fully understand the fee structure of our service.
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a real team player.
